PROMPTLY AT 10.30 A.M. STUDENTS SHOULD BE IN MADRASAH FOR 10.15 A.M. EACH STUDENT MUST HAVE
HIS/HER
QURAN/QAIDAH AND DUA BOOK.
Further Notes.
A. When attending exams, all students must be in uniform. Uniform
for boys consists of Thawb/Jubbah along with hat. Uniform for girls
consists of Abayah along with a scarf covering the hair.
B. For all written exams, students should bring pen pencil and eraser. Answers should be written in pen. Spare paper will be provided
for notes. Only answers should be written on the exam paper.
C. Please try to have students in the madrasah at least 15 minutes
prior to the examination. It will take sometime to arrange the seating plan for the students.
D. Students arriving ten minutes after the examination starts will
have to sit out the exam. A mark of zero will be given for that particular exam.
E. As mentioned in the timetable, only those students should attend
who are taking the exam. Students not giving examination will have
a day off on that day. If you are not sure which group your child is
in then please contact the teacher.
F. Time should be taken out for revision at home also. Students
should be made to understand the importance of the exams and encouraged to prepare for their exams.
G. The most important point. Duas should be made for the acceptance of the student’s efforts and for the general success of the
madrasah.
