PRICE POLICY: Marina Camping Village uses a flexible rate system. The rates are subject to variations according to the applicable sales terms
and conditions, that's why the final price is defined at the moment of the reservation. Unless otherwise specified, offers can not be combined
with others. The above mentioned rates are valid rates. Aside from these rates, the Marina Camping Village, in the course of the year, may
submit other offers. Please verify them directly with us on the phone or check our homepage www.marinacampingvillage.it at the moment of
your reservation.
Conditions and Terms of sale Village
PRICES INCLUDE: max. number of people indicated next to each lodging type, air conditioning/heating, domestic charges, bed linen with weekly
change, pottery, TV, entrance to the swimming-pool, parking for 1 car/motorbike, VAT. . Final cleaning and holiday insurance are always included
for sojourns of minimum 7 nights - Terms and Conditions on our website www.marinacampingvillage.it - Furthermore 5-a-side football, beachvolley, bowls lane, children’s playground, entertainment staff (from 01/06 to 12/09).
Other free services:
- WI-FI free in common areas (Reception - Restaurant and Pool)
- Cash money deposit
Extra services upon booking or on request on site until availability:
- Bathroom towels (2 pieces set - bath towel and hand towel) Euro 5,00 set/change
- Extra bed linen Euro 5,00 bed/change
- Baby cot with elastic walls Euro 10,50 per week
- Highchair Euro 10,50 per week
- Full board at our restaurant Euro 29,00 per day/person
- Half board at our restaurant Euro 20,00 per day/person
Both treatments have a discount of 50% for children from 4 to 9 years old. Babies 0 - 3 service free.
Extra services exclusively on booking:
- Daily cleaning of the lodgement (kitchen excluded) Euro 79,00 per week. The service will be carried out necessarily only between 10:00 and
12:00 a.m.
- Extra cleaning of the entire lodgement (Kitchen included) Euro 59,00 per cleaning (time to be arranged in accordance with the client)
Other services:
- Sun-beds € 2,00 and chairs € 1,00 per day renting by the pool
- Security deposit € 150,00 cash for each lodgement (at Management's discretion)
- Additional fee for booking a specific number of accommodation € 50,00
- Token washing machines and dryers
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Booking fee € 40,00 per lodgement. Anything not specified in "PRICES INCLUDE" - For stays less than 7 nights, an extra
cost of € 40,00 for final cleaning is due.
MANDATORY: Tourist tax to be paid on site € 0,50 per person/day up to maximum 7 consecutive days - Children under 14 years exempted. These
rates can be subject to variations. In any case they will be applied regulations of the Town Hall of Ravenna.
Notes and terms of sale: reservations can be made directly at Marina Camping Village or sent by e-mail, internet or fax.
1. After receiving a new booking request, the Marina Camping Village booking office sends a quotation to the client specifying: the kind of the
lodgment, arrival and departure dates, the sojourn in Euro, the methods for the payment. The quotation’s contents has to be checked by
the client and then, in case a reservation is intended, confirmed via e-mail or fax.
2. Reservations are valid as soon as the required money transfer has been effected. the down-payment has to be carried out within the time
frame stated in the information sent to the client. Failure to comply with payment within the provided deadline, the reservation and the eventual
agreed special conditions will lapse.
3. The payment due, can be carried out by means of the usual methods of payment, i.e.: A – via bank transfer, using the bank details indicated
in the payment request; B – via internet and credit card VISA, EC, MASTERCARD), using the possibility to pay online on our homepage
www.marinacampingvillage.com by selecting the menu item “Online Payment”. In doing so, the provided spaces need to be filled out with your
Name, Surname and the booking number you find in your reservation mail.
- The balance of the stay , unless otherwise specified, must be settled at least 30 days before your arrival. This condition is necessary to activate
the complete insurance coverage.
- In high season periods, minimum stay of 14 days.
- In case of delayed arrival or advanced departure, the total amount of the booked stay is to be paid.
- Mobilhomes: Key delivery after 05:00 p.m. - Departure within 10:00 a.m.
- In case of departure performed after the above mentioned times, an extra day at listed prices will be charged.
- Mobilhomes must be kept and left clean and tidy.
4. According to article 12, paragraph 1, law 201 from 06/12/2011 no cash payment over € 999,99 can be accepted.
5. In case the client has not arrived at the Marina Camping Village by 10:00 a.m. on the day following the scheduled day of arrival without
communicating a delay or other to the campground’s administration, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and allow third
parties to book the unutilized sojourn.
6. The obligatory tourist tax as well as other additional services which have not been booked, are to be paid directly on location at the Marina
Camping Village.
7. Preferences mentioned to the booking office by the client regarding the position of the lodgement will be considered and respected by our
staff as far as possible. However, they do not have a binding or contractual character in that the assignment of the lodgement is effected at the
discretion of the campground’s administration. It is, however, possible to book a particular number of accomodation for an additional fee of € 50,00.
How to cancel your reservation:
In case of cancellation, this must be in writing per email; if received up to 30 days before the starting date of your holiday, you will be refunded of
the paid amount less Euro 80,00 for booking cancellation costs. Beyond this deadline the repayment terms provided by the insurance policy will be

website www.marinacampingvillage.it - Furthermore 5-a-side football, beach-volley, bowls lane, children’s playground, entertainment staff
