This customer will need to keep the bill paid current and up-to-date. All voted aye. A letter explaining the installment plan will be prepared and signed by the customer. Discuss Cost of Living Increase for Employees Allowed for public comment: None The Plant Manager made a request for a two percent (2%) cost of living increase for all employees. A discussion followed. A motion was made by Roland H. Verret and seconded by Leroy Trim to approve the two percent (2%) cost of living increase for all employees effective on June 4, 2015.
