members.

REPORTS:
President: Mark Moore:
The elections are coming up in February and we only have 3
people running for the board. Technically we don’t have to have
an election, but I wanted to see if any of you thought we needed
to send out ballots anyway? A motion was made by Alissa Nixon
to not have an election this year, seconded by Jim Ohle and
unanimously carried.
Secretary: Adam Pusateri:
Everything is good in the office. The computer is up and running
and the bill was about $600.00. Now we just need to get rid of
the two other copiers.
Legal: Fred Schuster
We now have control of the front of the dam. We received a bill
from the attorney for fees totaling $2,836.00, we need a motion
to approve this bill for payment. The motion to pay the fees was
made by Alissa Nixon, seconded by Jack Geiss and unanimously
carried.
Treasurer: Paul Buncic
Revenue for the year was $433,629.00 with a carryover of
$30,935.00. We made the expenses total out to be the same as
the revenue so there wouldn’t be any taxes to be paid. The carryover amount is just a preliminary figure.

us…one is a kids lure making class and one for adults on how to
fish better. Going to have a sled and movie party this Saturday,
weather permitting.

Going to order the pipes soon to fix the dock over at the Marina.
Beach: Jack Geiss:
Nothing going on. When it warms up a little will start working
on the slide again.
Marina: Jim Ohle
We are closed for the season and everything is good at the store.
Roads: Adam Pusateri
Everything is going pretty good. We got some issues worked out
with the brine treatment. We had one complaint during the last
freezing rain event. It might not be a bad idea to order some salt
to have on hand just in case we need it. We got a couple of prices

from some local places. Jack Geiss made a motion for Adam to
purchase 20 tons of salt if needed from McClymond’s Trucking at
$105/ton, seconded by Alissa Nixon and unanimously carried.

President: Mark Moore:
We had one new person run for the board along with two previous members run. On March 10, the new board members will be
Joe Reaggle, Mark Moore and Fred Schuster. Bill had decided
not to run for another term and this will be his last meeting. He
has done a lot of good work while on the board and I would like
to thank him for the three years he put into serving on the board
and for his dedication to the community.
Secretary: Adam Pusateri:
Everything is good in the office. The computer is up and running
but we are having issues with scanning to the new computer. We
are going to be getting that fixed.

MINUTES CONTINUED FROM PAGE 2
Conservation: Bill Harding
Nothing going on. I turned the conservation things I had
over to Jack Geiss. I think in the last 3 years we really accomplished a lot in the conservation section of the board. It
has been a good 3 years.
Maintenance: Mark Moore
I have been calling to get prices on the pipes to fix the dock
at the Marina. We are going to be taking the shrubs out
from around the front entrance sign and get the wall behind
it fixed. We are going to be putting up a Versalok wall and
lights will be installed in the wall. I have two bids for completing the project, but the one bid doesn’t include the lights
in the wall. I will get back in contact with that contractor
and get his price then get with the rest of the board and we
can make our decision on which contractor to use. We need
to make the decision because the price of the materials is
going to be going up in March and if we make our decision
they will order the materials so we get it at the price before it
goes up.
Beach: Jack Geiss:
We are planning on fixing 6 benches at the beach this year,
just waiting on the weather. Still need to fix the slide and
swim platform once the weather gets a little warmer.
Marina: Jim Ohle
Not much has changed at the store. I went in the building
yesterday and nothing is frozen. In January security used
137 gallons of gas. I will be giving Sharon the minnow license and food license to mail out.
Roads: Adam Pusateri
I ordered some new signs for around the lake, it cost almost
$600 for all the signs that were ordered. It’s been a pretty
rough winter. We have been doing a lot of plowing trying to
keep the roads the best we can. It’s pretty tough to keep
them perfect. We haven’t had too many complaints about
the roads this year and most of those complaints came from
a company that comes to the lake. I got a bill from D.P
Lawn Care and Snow Plowing for a 2 week period totaling
$8,874.94, the plowing dates range from 1/26 – 2/15. Jim
Ohle made a motion to approve the bill to be paid, seconded
by Jack Geiss and unanimously carried.
