4- Endocrine System 5-
Muscular System
7-Respiratory System 8- Skeletal System
3-Excretory System

Part A:
Students will create an informational handout that covers the organs and functions of one
organ system of the body.
● You must include the organs, the functions of the organs & whole system, 1 disease
associated with your organ system, and 5 interesting/fun facts about your organ
system.
● The handout needs to include as much information as possible to allow classmates to
understand the system.
● The handout will be copied and given to classmates; therefore you must make it legible
and organized.
Part B (Option 1):
Students will create an outline poster of a human body and include all the organs within
one system of the body.
● Each organ will be labeled and include an explanation of its function.
● A list of cell types and tissues within one organ of the system will be identified.
● Students will plan, create, and present outline poster on the human body system to
class.
Part B (Option 2):
Students will create a 3-D model (mobile or immobile) of the human body outline and the
organs within one system of the body.
● Each organ will be labeled and include an explanation of its function.
● A list of cell types and tissues within one organ of the system will be identified.
● Students will plan, create, and present 3-D Model on the human body system to class.
Research
You may use books or websites to find the information, but you must cite ALL references
used! If you watch a video on how to make a model, you must cite that as well. The
following websites will be a good start to your research:
