Executive Study Group (June):
How to Strengthen Teamwork
to Make Smart Group Decisions
for More Profits (19 June)
Cross functional team is critical to survive in today’s
competitive markets. But managers still cannot lead their
colleagues to make the best decisions together.
Under peer pressure from the team, some of colleagues
even silence themselves or abandon their views to fit in.
Instead of aggregating the knowledge and wisdom of their
colleagues by teamwork, managers turn out making inferior
decisions than individuals would.
We will share how to avoid traps of group-thinking and
make more profitable decisions for the whole team.
