PERMIT INFORMATION
Stickers and passes may be purchased through the Sticker Office, either in person or by mail. The
Sticker Office is located at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North.
The Sticker Office will open on June 1, 2015
Hours for sticker sales are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Transfer Station Sticker, Recreation Stickers, Boat Ramp Stickers, Shellfish Permits, and OneWeek Beach passes may also be purchased on the following Saturdays: June 20, 2015 and June
27, 2015. The Mashpee Town Hall-Sticker Office will be open from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Online renewals: On-line purchases are for renewals only. If you have a new vehicle or new
registration you will need to mail, email, or fax the new registration to the Town Clerk’s Office
prior to renewing online. The web site is www.mashpeema.gov
THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED

2. TRANSFER STATION STICKERS, RECREATION STICKERS, AND BOAT RAMP
STICKERS only: A copy of the current vehicle registration for each NEW vehicle for
which a sticker is required. If vehicle is leased, a copy of the Lease Agreement is required. If
your vehicle is registered to a business, documentation linking you to the business is required.
If you purchased stickers in 2015 and the information is the same, then the vehicle registration
is not required. However, if you have purchased a new vehicle (even if the license plates were
simply transferred to the new car), you will need to submit a copy of your vehicle registration.
All vehicles must be registered to the same address. Only two Transfer Station Stickers may
be purchased per household.
3. SHELLFISH LICENSE ONLY Copy of driver’s license for each person for whom a permit
is requested
4. If you are a non-resident, a Mashpee Real Estate Tax Bill, Deed or Purchase and Sales
Agreement (for Mashpee visitors, a Lease or Rental Agreement for your Mashpee vacation
location is required).
5. Check or money order made payable to the “Town of Mashpee” in the total amount due.
6. If purchasing by mail: Self-addressed, stamped envelope must be included.
Stickers purchased through the mail MUST include a completed application with required
information to:

Incomplete applications received by mail will be held at the Sticker Office for completion or
pickup. If you list your email address and there is an issue with your application, we will
notify you via your email address of the problem.
FY15 TRANSFER STATION STICKER (valid July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016)
A Sticker or Pass is required to use the Mashpee Transfer Station. Only Mashpee residents or
residential property owners are eligible to purchase two (2) stickers per household, or passes.
Visitors to Mashpee may only purchase one-trip passes.
2015 RECREATION STICKER valid June 27, 2015 – September 7, 2015
A Sticker is required during the summer season to use the three public beaches in Mashpee (South
Cape Beach, Attaquin Park, and John’s Pond) and the four Town boat ramps (Great River, Ockway
Bay, Pirates Cove, and Santuit Pond). Transfer Station Stickers, Recreational Stickers and Boat
Ramp Stickers shall be acceptable as proof of residency for Boat Ramp parking. Boat Ramp
Parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Only Mashpee residents or residential property
owners are eligible to purchase permits. Visitors to Mashpee may only purchase a weekly pass
to use the beaches. Tribal members may access the beach by displaying their tribal sticker on the
vehicle or showing their Tribal ID. A daily fee for John’s Pond is $15.00 (no trailers allowed).
2015 BOAT RAMP STICKERS - Needed only if a Transfer Station Sticker or Recreational
Sticker is not purchased.
2015/2016 SHELLFISH LICENSE (valid from April 1, 2015 – March 31, 2016)
A permit is required for the taking of shellfish from the waters of Mashpee. Users of a family
permit may include the permit holder, his or her spouse, and their children under the age of 18
years. Mashpee residential property owners may purchase a family permit at the resident rate.
Non-residents who do not own property in Mashpee may purchase a permit at the non-resident
rate, provided they reside elsewhere in Massachusetts. Tribal members may shellfish by
displaying their tribal Tribal ID.
