Free 10:30-11:15am-”Pilates on the Mat” workout demonstration Pilates is a low impact floor workout that will improve posture, balance & flexibility by strengthening the entire body with emphasis on abs. Twila Russ is a wellness coach. Cost: $5.00 Register by May 1st. 10:00-11:00am-TED Talks & Donuts-Sponsored by the Maumelle Library TED Talks will be live streaming of discussions of current topics, funny topics and informative topics. Come to the Cinco de Mayo Party for a new adventure in partying. Dress in colorful Mexican attire, wear your sombrero or just come as you are. The DJ will be playing the oldies mixed with some LaBamba music. There will be games, light refreshments and fun. The party is sponsored by the Visiting Angels and is free for members. Three volunteers are needed to walk around the library and be out on the patio to help the librarians keep order. See Tawana to volunteer.
