WATER DAMAGE DEDUCTIBLE ENDORSEMENT
Part I - All Locations
Applicable to Part I Property
We are liable for the amount by which the loss or damage caused by the following peril(s)
exceeds $ 2,500 in any one occurrence:
1) the sudden and accidental escape of water from a watermain, swimming pool, hot tub,
sauna, steam room, or equipment attached;
2) the sudden and accidental escape of water or steam from within a plumbing, heating,
sprinkler or air conditioning system, or water container;
3) the sudden and accidental bursting, tearing apart, cracking, burning or bulging due to the
pressure (or lack of) water or steam in a plumbing, heating, sprinkler or air conditioning system
or an appliance for heating water;
Should one occurrence give rise to the application of more than one deductible, only the
largest individual deductible amount will apply.

tanks or drains.
For the purpose of this endorsement, water container means a devise or apparatus for use on
the premises for containing, heating, chilling, or dispensing water, including but not limited to
toilets, bidets, showers, bathtubs, clothes washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators,
aquariums, ponds, and fountains.
Except as otherwise provided under this Form, all terms, provision and conditions of the Policy
shall have full force and effect.
