Celebrate Clinical Trials Day
In appreciation of the fantastic clinical research work performed across
the School of Medicine, we are hosting a dessert bar in honor of
Stanford School of Medicine Clinical Research Professionals.
Please stop by on Wednesday, May 20th anytime between 11:30 and 1:30
to celebrate all the Research Nurses, Coordinators, Assistants, Managers,
and professionals who make clinical research possible here at Stanford.

Clinical Trials Day is celebrated around the world on or near May 20 each year in
order to celebrate the day that James Lind started what is often considered the first
randomized clinical trial aboard a ship on May 20, 1747. More details can be found
