Workshop Presenters
Paul Andry, Louisiana native
now in Highlands, North Carolina, has been playing and performing for over 20 years. His
lyrical touch enables him to interpret a diversity of styles of music:
Mardi Gras, ragtime, classical,
Celtic, pop and traditional American folk music.
Tull Glazener from Indianapolis, Indiana, is a much sought after
mountain dulcimer instructor because of his clear melody driven teaching style. Tull has been
arranging airs, waltzes, ragtime, traditional, old-time, contemporary, classical, and jazz music for the mountain dulcimer since 1984.
Anne Lough from Waynesville,
North Carolina for over 34 years has
been dedicated to preserving ballads
and folk songs of the Appalachians.
Her knowledge of our traditional music heritage brings a rare and unique
quality to each of her classes and musical performances.
Susan Trump, from Newtonville,
New York, is always a popular instructor and performer. Magic stems from
her ability to link the pastoral, tranquil images of traditional rural America to contemporary life. Her spontaneous sense of humor always adds a
fresh touch to her performances.
