If you can't make it to a Fremantle Dockers home game at Domain Stadium in 2015, you can return
your seat(s) and you could earn credit towards your 2016 Fremantle Dockers membership. To be
eligible, you must return your seat(s) no later than four hours prior to bounce down.
Please note that you will only receive credit towards your 2016 Fremantle Dockers membership if
your seat(s) successfully sell(s) through Ticketmaster. Successful seat return credit is outlined below.

STEP 1: Login
Log in to your ‘My Fremantle Dockers Account’ here, using your Account ID or email and your
password. If you are unsure of your login details please contact the Fremantle Dockers Membership
Department.
STEP 2: Select the match
Scroll down and find the game you would like to return your seat(s) for and select ‘Manage this
Event’.
STEP 3: Select an action
Under the heading ‘Select an action’ click the ‘Return’ button.
STEP 4: Select your seat(s)
Select the seat(s) you would like to return for this match.
STEP 5: Manage more products
If you would like to return your seat(s) for additional matches please select the ‘Manage more
products’ button at the top right hand corner of the screen. You can then repeat steps 2 – 4 for each
match.
STEP 6: Return your seat(s)
Once you have selected all the matches and seats you would like to return select the ‘Return’ button
on the top right hand corner of the screen.
STEP 7: Confirm the seat return
You can then review the details of your seat return. Please note that once a seat(s) has been
returned for the listed matches these are released to Ticketmaster and you are unable to get these
seats back.
Select the ‘Terms of use’ tick box to confirm the seat return and click ‘Submit’.
STEP 8: Seat return completed
Congratulations, your seat(s) has now been returned for the game(s) selected.
You will receive an email seven days after the selected matches to confirm if your seat(s) has
successfully sold. Please note you will only receive credit towards your 2016 Fremantle Dockers
membership if your seat(s) successfully sell(s) through Ticketmaster.
