Men’s Running's and Women’s Running's awards are separate awards and will be judged as such. 2. You many enter any number of products into each or both of the awards. 3. A single product can be entered into multiple categories and into one or both of the Men’s Running and Women’s Running Awards. If entering a product into more than one category a separate entry form will need to be completed for each category entered. Each entry will incur a separate fee (entering the same product in the same category for both Men’s and Women’s Awards counts as two entries). If you are not sure which category your product should be entered under, please contact us for assistance. 4. A single entry fee is £120 per entry, exclusive of VAT. All fees must be payable inclusive of VAT (£144 per entry). In addition, there is a special promotion offer: enter any three products into either or across both the Men’s Running and Women’s Running Awards and get a fourth entry free. We reserve the right to limit this offer and withdraw it at any time. 5. Only individual products can be entered into categories. It is not permitted to enter an entire range of clothing or nutritional products, however if the one product entered has multiple colourways or flavours these can be mentioned in the entry text and/or in any supplementary information submitted. 6. Payment for your entry fees can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Please email [email protected] at the time of entering and state which method you prefer and we will forward you the relevant details on how to pay. 7. The online entry form is generic for both awards. You must clearly state on the form which awards you are entering, Men’s Running, Women’s Running or both. 8. The entry form should be completed online and this will be submitted directly to us. If you encounter any problems completing or submitting the form, please contact us at [email protected]. 9. If you wish, you can send additional supporting information with your entry (i.e. press release or online brochure of the product). Please email this to [email protected], clearly naming the email subject and any files you send with the name of the product it is related to. 10. You are required to complete all sections of the entry form. 11. Incomplete or incorrect entry forms will be disqualified from entry and entry fees will not be refunded. 12. Products entered must be available for purchase in the UK on or before Monday 27 July 2015 (when all products samples need to have been received for testing). 13. Entries received after the closing date of Friday 5 June 2015 will not be entered into the awards unless an official extension to the awards deadline is announced. 14. The judges reserve the right to move entries into relevant categories or merge and sub-divide categories dependant on entry numbers. You will be informed of any change. 15. The product/entry name on the entry form will be how the product is referred to in any awards feature in the magazines and on the websites. Any images used for awards features will be taken from those you provide, therefore please ensure all image files are clearly titled. 16. All entry fees are non-refundable. PRODUCT TESTING/JUDGING 1. Do not send any products at the time of entering. 2. You will be advised, via email, when and where to send samples and, where applicable, sizes of samples required. Please note larger products may need to be sent ready-assembled. 3. All product entrants will be required to provide five of their products for testing (with the exception of Nutrition, where we will require ten, and some larger products i.e. running buggies, where we will require only one). 4. Samples of products will need to be supplied for testing during the week commencing Monday 27 July 2015. You must ensure that samples of your product can be supplied at this time for this purpose. Failure to supply samples on time will result in your product being omitted from the final judging process. 5. Should you wish to collect your product sample(s) after the testing you must notify us via email at the time of your product being called in. Products otherwise will not be available for return. Collection of any samples will be at your own expense. Please note we do try and retain original packaging for products being returned, however this cannot be guaranteed. 6. All products entered will be tested by individual, experienced runners and where the product's demand (i.e. shoes) will be matched to relevant testers for the type of running style. 7. Gold, Silver and Bronze places will be awarded in each of the categories. However, we operate a minimum score level in all categories and we reserve the right to only award places to products who exceed this. Winners’ award logos will be made available to you for unlimited use in all of your marketing communications, including advertising and PR. 8. At all times the editor’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. 9. Winners will be featured in the December 2015 issues of the magazines and on the websites.
