CME 2: Prevention and control of HAI in healthcare settings Objective: The experienced faculty will introduce strategies that can assist the effective implementation of evidence based infection prevention and control practices leading to improved patient outcome Learning objective: To learn how to set up active Infection Control Team, co-ordinate the programme, including surveillance, implementing evidence based interventions, measuring outcomes and engaging the clinical staff in day to day basis.
