Under the auspices of Partnership for Change, a Norwegian-based organization with an affiliate U.S. office, the Club de
Madrid1 will convene in Minneapolis, from 25-27 October 2015,2 for their annual meeting bringing together over 40
former democratically elected presidents, prime ministers, government leaders, along with key international business
leaders.
Immediately follow this meeting, Partnership for Change will host an important day of dialogue intended to gather
international leaders from business, academia, think tanks and local governments to address key sustainability challenges,
including climate change.
Note: Sunday and Monday events are invite-only; Tuesday is open to all attendees

The members of the World Leadership Alliance-Club de Madrid, are all democratic former presidents and prime ministers from around the world that partner
with governments, inter-governmental organizations, civil society, scholars and the business world, building bridges between them and current leaders and policy
makers and encouraging dialogue to foster social and political change.

The Summit is being convened in cooperation with and endorsement from Augsburg College, The University of Minnesota and Honorary Co-Chairs former U.S.
Vice President Walter F. Mondale and former Chariman and Chief Executive Officer of Carlson Companies, Marilyn Carlson Nelson. The gathering will take place in
parallel to other significant concurrent conferences taking place in Minneapolis, namely the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education
and the Urban Sustainability Directors Network.
