Procurement letter 14-15 - Monroe Christian School

Dear Friends of Monroe Christian School,
Monroe Christian School invites you to support our annual auction – Mission: Possible! – being held on
Saturday, April 18, 2015, at The Golf Club at Echo Falls. We at Monroe Christian School partner with
Christian homes and churches to nurture and equip God’s children. We recognize that Jesus Christ is
sovereign over all creation and has created each child with unique abilities, gifts and talents. Our purpose
is to develop and encourage growth in every area of their lives; spiritually, intellectually, emotionally,
socially, and physically, according to God’s Word and relying on the Holy Spirit. Through this process,
children will develop a Christian perspective of life that will help them critically weigh the issues of the day
and lead them into faithful stewardship of God’s world and into a life of joyful service.
Our goal for the evening is to provide essential funding for items critical to enhancing curriculum and
school programs to ensure excellent, affordable Christian education. Auction proceeds are vital to our
ability to help our students meet the academic and spiritual challenges of their future and grow into the
individuals that God intends.
Please help us make our “Mission: Possible!” – Here’s how you can help:
1. Donate a gift or service: Make a tax-deductible donation of a service or item for our silent or live
auction. Items are only limited by your imagination, for instance: gift certificates, services, tickets
to an event or any item of value. Please note that any gift certificate with an expiration date
should be valid for one year from the date of the auction, through April 18, 2016.
2. Sponsor: We offer differing levels of corporate sponsorship that range from $500 to $2,500. This
sponsorship includes tickets to the auction, signage, announcements, and acknowledgment
throughout the event venue as well as a direct link to your business on our auction website.
3. Advertise: Showcase your company or organization with full, half, business card or other premium
ad space in our auction program.
4. Join us at the auction and dinner: Purchase tickets for a fun-filled evening or sponsor a table and
bring your friends. Reservations can be made by contacting 360-794-8200.
Your contributions will add to the continued and superior quality of our children’s Christian education.
