Solo/Ensemble Performance Form
The Solo/Ensemble Performance is a great way to get personal feedback from a professional
adjudicator. All flutists must be current MFA members. All fees and registration for the 2015
Montana Flute Festival must completed and received by March 23, 2015 in order to participate.
Up to SEVEN (7) performers and/or ensembles may be chosen to perform and will be notified
by March 25, 2015.
