6th Grade TICKET/PERMISSION SLIP for
MOVING ON BASH!
Luau Themed BBQ
The Sixth Grade Class is invited to attend a Hawaiian Luau Moving On Bash to be held in
the Mill Pond Cafeteria/Playground on Friday, June 12, 2015 from 2:30 to 4:30 pm.
There will be a DJ, food and prizes.
Admission is $5/student. If your child wishes to attend, they can send the money and
the permission slip in to school before June 3 in an envelope marked “Moving on Bash”
OR your student can bring the money/permission slip to lunch with them on
Wednesday, June 3.

marked “Moving On Bash” or handed it at the Moving On Bash registration table
