Graph your answer, in the graphing
answer space. The “Add Point” tool
allows you to plot points.
Open Response
Read the question and then type your
answer in the box.
The notepad allows you to jot
down notes and continually
save them.
If you come to a question that
you find tricky or you want to
review it at a later time, just click
on the flag, located above the
question. It will turn to a different
color and will have a check mark.
It is your online tracking device.
Highlight a single line of text, it
may not be the entire sentence.
Step 1: Left click the mouse pad
and drag over the text you wish
to highlight.
This tool allows you to
highlight, important text
evidence, or parts of a
question as if you were
underlining on a paper/pencil
test.
Step 2: Right click the mouse pad and choose
“highlight selection” option.
Step 3: The selected text is now highlighted.
A question may ask you to type
your answer in a written format,
in which you would use the box
provided.
This feature will allow you to take
the online text that is located on
the left hand of the screen and
expand the size of the passage, to
help you read it easier. Just click it
again to downsize it and to view
the questions.
This feature will allow you to take
mask out certain information that
you find not to be useful. Must
click on this option before you
start the test.
Replay as many times as you wish!
Some question may require you
to listen to a short story. Jot
down notes during it either in
your notepad or on your CBT
worksheet. Remember to click
Save on the notepad.
Use this tool to show how you are
eliminating answer choices.
Step 1: Right click on the
mouse pad over the answer
choice you would like to
eliminate.

“Strikethrough” tool

In the upper left hand corner of
the screen, you will see a drop
down box. Question set “1-10”
all pertain to the same passage.
The next set “11-13” have the
reader edit and set “14-15”
have the reader listen to a
passage then answer questions.
