Wind-Fix Europe B.V. is part of Multi-Fix Group BV, a partnership for global customers for all kinds of metal components.
The focus of Wind-Fix is at customers which are related to the Wind energy market.
Our core business are the so called, blade connectors and other Fastener and related parts. The blade connectors are
produced from in our in-house facilities and are complying with the approved processes of market-leading companies all over
the world. All parts are checked in our in-house laboratory.
In order to expand our sales-activities, we are looking for the following position:
Sales Manager Wind-Fix
The Job:
The Sales Manager Wind-Fix is responsible for all the sales activities in the company worldwide.
This is done through acquisition, visits to customers, joining exhibitions, prepare quotations and close orders. Afterwards the
aftersales for these orders is also part of your responsibilities. You report your progress to the Business Unit Manager WindFix.
You have knowledge of the market and give yourself a network of relationships within the market. You are used to work
independently, and are willing to travel frequently. You are able to adapt to the customer’s demands and also can persuade
the operations department therefore.
Profile:
You are an enthusiastic and active team player with the strength of persuading. You are used to work with targets and have a
good feeling for market opportunities. You are accurate, have discipline and work structured and independently. You are a
strong personality and can communicate with all sorts of people. You speak and write fluently English and German.
You are able to think along with people on a higher educational level and your working experience is at least 5 years in the
same sort of position, preferable within the Wind Energy Market.
