U14 Camogie
Our under 14 camogie team continued their fine form with a hard fought victory over Doon on Sunday. They
now qualify for the league semi-final to be played this Tuesday. The game was played in difficult conditions but
our girls set about their work in great style and added some steel to complement their skill. This bodes well for
the challenge coming in a few weeks.

Junior Camogie
On Sunday evening our Junior team Shannonside took on Kilmallock in the Junior League Semi-Final and ran
out comprehensive winners which puts us through to our first ever adult final. This is a significant achievement
for such a young club and testament to the effort and commitment our older girls put into not only their
Camogie but their club. On the night one of our players Fannie Carmody was injured on behalf of all involved
with Mungret St Pauls Camogie we wish her a very speedy recovery. Shannonside play Newcastlewest on
Saturday evening in the League Final time and location to be confirmed keep an eye out on Facebook for more
details
Junior Hurling
The Juniors were on the pitch tonight (Tuesday 12th May) where they met their match with St. Patricks and
ended up a draw 2-06 to 0-12.
Intermediate Football
Mungret never really got off the ground in this match. It drizzled rain for most of it. Galbally took the lead and
stayed there. Mungret can only learn and improve from this point. Photos from this match are on
