Great Barrington Little League Registration
All children residing in Great Barrington, Stockbridge, West Stockbridge, Richmond,
Sheffield, Monterey, Mt. Washington, Alford, New Marlborough, Egremont, Tyringham,
Lee, Otis and Sandisfield ages 5-12 are invited to sign up to play T-Ball, Coaches Pitch,
Minor League (kids pitch) and Little League Baseball on the following dates and locations:
March 18, 2015 Mt. Everett Gymnasium

March 25, 2015 Mt. Everett Gymnasium

In addition sign-up can be completed by mailing this registration form, along with your registration fee
to P.O. Box 671, Great Barrington, MA 01230 by March 30, 2015. Checks should be payable to The
Great Barrington Little League. Also you may sign up online at www.leaguelineup.com/GBLL01230
Registration fee:
$ 25.00 per player - T-Ball and Coaches Pitch
$ 40.00 per player - Minor League and Little League
Maximum registration fee is $80.00 per family
Any family needing financial assistance with registration fees or a baseball glove please inquire about the Tim
Soule Sr. Memorial Fund or the Sheffield Kiwanis Fund when signing up.
Tryouts for Little League (highest level only - no tryouts for minor league, coaches pitch or T-Ball) will
be held on Saturday April 11, 2015 at the Great Barrington Little League Field and Sunday
April 12, 2015 at the Sheffield Little League Field. Players who have not played on either a
Great Barrington or Sheffield Little League team must attend both try outs/skills assessment
sessions in order to be drafted onto a Little League team. Exact times will be determined
after registration.

I/We know that participation in baseball may result in serious injuries and protective equipment does not prevent all

League, Little League Baseball, Inc., the organizers, sponsors, participants and persons transporting my/our child to and
from activities for any claim arising out of any injury to my/our child whether the result of negligence for any other cause.
