NATIONAL BAL BHAVAN
KOTLA ROAD, NEW DELHI
National Bal Bhavan, an Autonomous Organization fully funded by the Government of
India, Ministry of Human Resource Development, requires the services of persons for the under
mentioned works on Contract basis initially for a period of 1 year on consolidated remuneration as
mentioned against each post, which can be extended further after review of the performance of
contractual person. No other service benefit will be admissible.
1. Consultant (Legal) (01) - Law Graduate and should be fully conversant with rules and
regulation of Government of India and able to handle Establishment/Administrative Legal
matters. Retired Officer from any Govt. Deptt. can also apply. (Consolidated Remuneration
Rs. 25,000/- per month.
2. Consultant (Civil Engineer) (01) - Candidate should have degree in Civil Engineer or
Diploma in Civil Engineering and should have minimum experience of working as Executive
Engineer (Civil)/Asst. Engineer/ Junior Engineer from any Government Department who will
be required to do all maintenance and construction jobs of NBB and JBB Mandi
(Consolidated Remuneration Rs. 25,000/- per month ).
3. Special Officer (Bal Shree) (01) – Candidate should have demonstrate stating qualities of
originality and creativity to devise programme and function as mentors of the children. Rich
experience of working with children and a sound knowledge of Hindi and English. (Both
spoken and written) would be necessary. Education qualification – Post Graduate in any
discipline. (Consolidated remuneration Rs. 26,000/- per month).
4. Toy Train Driver (01) – Railway diesel engine driver (Retd.) Consolidated remuneration
Rs. 20,000/- per month.
5. Personal Assistant (01) – Graduate with 3 years experience as Sr. Stenographer
(English) / Personal Assistant or 8 years experience as Jr. Stenographer (English) with
knowledge of Computer Application. (Consolidated remuneration Rs. 25,000/- per month)
6. Jr. Stenographer (English) (01) – Graduate with three years experience as Stenographer
(Eng.)/ Personnel Assistant with Knowledge of computer application. (Consolidated
remuneration Rs. 20,000/- per month)

Initially the contract will be for 01 year.
The contract position is tentative for preparation of panel. Actual engagement will be
made based on requirement from time to time.
NBB reserves the right to reject any incomplete application/Bio-data. The prescribed
qualifications are the minimum. In the event of number of application being large, NBB
will resort to short listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for
interview/test to the reasonable limit and decision of NBB in this regard will be final.
