VESTRA LOGISTICS, LLC ACQUIRES LOGISTICS AND TRUCKING
SERVICE PROVIDER: ALPHA & OMEGA LOGISTICS, INC.
CUMMING, Ga., April 10, 2015 – Vestra Logistics, LLC , an industry-leader third-party logistics (3PL) firm,
announced today that it has acquired Alpha & Omega Logistics, Inc., McDonough, Ga and its affiliate
Kingdom Builders Transport, LLC.
Alpha & Omega Logistics, Inc. is a 3PL whose operating history spans two decades, serving markets
throughout the United States. Alpha & Omega will assume and operate under the name of Vestra
Logistics, LLC, and it’s headquarter s will be moved to Vestra Logistics’ headquarters in Cumming, Ga.
Vestra Logistics will continue to deliver superior logistics and transportation services following suit with
the standards of Alpha & Omega Logistics, Inc.’s operations. In addition, Vestra Logistics will be looking
to add and implement an even broader scope of tools and platforms to extend beyond the parameters
of the previously provided services.
