CONSIGNMENT CONTRACT
The consignor warrants he/she is the sole owner or otherwise is legally entitled to sell the item(s).
The consignor is agreeing to consign furniture and household décor to Two Trick Pony Consignment for a period of 90 days.
Items will not be removed by consignor until the 90 day period expires. Prices will be set by management at the time of
consignment.
Floor sales at consignor's asking price is subject to automatic permission to reduce 20% if necessary to make a sale. Any
reduction below 20% of current asking price will require consignor's approval. Oral or electronic (text/email) approval is
acceptable.
Consignor warrants that to the best of his/her knowledge, the item(s) are as is represented.
Consignor warrants that he/she has a homeowner's policy which covers the item(s) while consigned.
The consignor will receive 50% of the net proceeds. Two Trick Pony reserves the right to price merchandise and the
privilege of reducing the prices to facilitate its sale.
If Two Trick Pony Consignment determines that after 45 days an item may not be likely to sell, the consignor agrees to
reduce price, pick up, or donate the item.
The consignor agrees that any item brought in may be displayed where Two Trick Pony chooses.
Consignor can receive payment one time per calendar month once the account has reached $10.00. Checks for sold items
will be processed within 30 days of the sale and will be available after the 1st of each month. Accounts can be used for
store credit at any time.
Items are left at the consignor’s risk. Extreme care is taken with all merchandise, however, we cannot be held responsible
for loss or damage due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause.
At the end of the consignment period consignor may reclaim unsold items.
All items must be brought in clean and in sellable condition. We do not clean or repair items.
IMPORTANT: Please check your items thoroughly prior to consignment. Items that are found to be damaged/flawed after
initial inspection and acceptance will be sold at a discounted price or donated.
On items that do not sell, one courtesy e-mail reminder will be sent to consignor and held for three days, after which time
consigned items will become the property of Two Trick Pony and may be donated. You may request they be donated to a
specific place in the field below.
