Neeren Investment & Development Company L.L.C (“NIDCO”) is a private equity investment vehicle that has
been created in 2012 as the investment arm of a certain high net worth individuals in the Emirate of Dubai.
NIDCO is responsible for investing part of the surplus financial resources of our shareholders through a globally
diversified investment strategy, targeting positive capital returns through an expansive portfolio of highly diversified asset
classes and active investment management strategies.
NIDCO is also empowered with an important direct investment mandate to broad Dubai‟s economic base
and facilitate the international development of local enterprises.
The shareholders of NIDCO are individuals, family, offices and corporations with a long history and
outstanding track record of successful investments across a number of sectors that today continue to contribute to the
economy of the Emirate of Dubai and the GCC.
In the short time since its inception, NIDCO has established a reputation for its entrepreneurial spirit, open

BMC GULF
BMC Gulf LLC, a significant member of NIDCO established in Dubai in 1998 to serve the local
markets of the Middle East and GCC with specialized engineering services and turn-key solutions
for industrial and private projects.
BMC provides its clients and partners with professional engineering services starting
from the design stage up to the handing over of the project, in the following fields:
• Environmental: Turnkey design, project management & execution of projects involving
landfill applications, waste management & separation, de-gassing, recycling and renewable-energy
systems.
• Geotechnical: Supply & installation of specialized products such as: smooth & textured
HDPE liners, Concrete Protective Liners (CPL) and EPDM membranes.

1898 in Huizen, a small fishing village on the edge of the Zuider Zee which was
