It gives me immense pleasure in extending a most cordial invitation to you all for participating in the “Self
Employment Fair” – A
Common
program for the trained participants of the
National Institute
for
Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), This Fair is specially being organized for the
benefit of the trained participants of NIESBUD, so that they can set up their own enterprise. The fair is being
organized for the first time in the country and is one of its own kind. The objective of the fair is to provide facilitation
opportunities to the Trainees for self- employment
The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), an autonomous organization
under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, is an apex institution of GOI, established 1983 and is
engaged in training, research and consultancy for promoting entrepreneurship and small business development
at the National and International levels.
The Institute has conducted a total 14793 different Training programmes covering 380655 participants
which includes 171 International programmes with 2790 participants from more than 125 countries till Dec
2014
The various training courses available at the centers are Fashion Designing, Household Electrical Appliances Repair,
Web Designing, Mobile Repairing, Computer Hardware and Networking, Retail Management, Tour Operator, Food
Processing, Fitter Fabrication, Tool & Die making, Security Guard etc. We spare no efforts to groom our participants,
not only in their chosen discipline, but also broaden their mindsets with essentials of Entrepreneurship and Marketing,
thus equipping them with all qualities to make them an asset to whichever enterprise/organization they may set up.
