Tech. and Ph.D. Programmes. The schedule of registration for the Monsoon Semester 2015-16 and fee details are as follows: 1st June, 2015 Registration for 9th Semester B.Arch 24th July, 2015 Registration for All M.Tech, Ph.D students and Probation th 27 July, 2015 28th July, 2015 12th August, 2015 Upto 6 pm Fees Registration for 7th Semester B.Tech, 7th semester B.Arch, MCA, MSc and MBA Registration for 3rd and 5th Semester UG Late Registration with a fine of Rs.1000/(for those who do not register on above dates) All students are advised to make the remittance strictly as per the table given below. Refund not permitted Mode of payment of fee DASA / SAARC Education loan All other students : Tuition fee SWIFT only (add bank charges), Other fee: State Bank Collect : DD or State Bank Collect (by lending bank) : State Bank Collect Only (online) use Net Banking / Debit / Credit Cards Registration of those who do not complete the formalities even on 12th August, 2015, will stand administratively cancelled. He/She will be allowed to re-register only with the approval of senate. The students should personally present for the registration. He/ She should submit the semester registration form along with the fee paid receipt (Transaction slip along with one photocopy); Registration Slip and No Dues Certificate from Hostel Office & Library (in the specific single sheet format) and ID card at the time of the registration. Part Time Ph D candidates can register on any working day before 25-07-2015. To avoid the rush on the registration day, the students are advised to pay the fee for the Monsoon semester (2015) any time during the vacation, without waiting for the registration date. Please note that Bank Loan amount can only be adjusted against their fees and Institute is not authorized to refund any amount. For those who are availing the Educational Loan this notice will constitute as Demand for Fees for the Monsoon Semester 2015-16. And the Demand Draft towards the fee should be in favour of “Director, NIT Calicut” and towards Hostel Fees, if any, should be in favour of “Chief Warden, NITC Hostels. All SC, ST, OEC students domicile of Kerala state are requested to contact Academic Section for scholarship renewal immediately after registration but not later than 12.8.2015. SBI Online Payment Gateway will be disabled on 28-07-2016 at 6 pm for normal fee collection, however with a fine of Rs 1000/- fee can be remitted online between 29-07-2015; 1 pm and 12-08-2015; 6 pm. *For upto 2008 admissions semester fee remittance is through DD only. Please note that Tuition fee alone is exempted for SC/ ST students across all UG/PG programmes. **For SAARC candidates tuition fee will be half that of DASA candidates. For UG admissions under MEA Welfare Scheme & foreign nationals with ICCR scholarships, fee is same as that of JEE (Main) candidates.
