CASUAL ROUND COUNSELLING FOR MD/MS COURSE
The counselling (seat selection) for MD/MS course in K.S. Hegde Medical Academy,
Deralakatte, Mangaluru, will be held on 26-05-2015 (Tuesday)
Candidates with Rank No. 1 and onwards interested in the following seats are
required to be present on 26-05-2015 (Tuesday) at 9.00 a.m. at the Lecture Hall-5,
3rd Floor, K.S. Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru with the original documents
listed below. Soon after their arrival, they are required to register their names and
proceed for verification of documents. Counseling in the order of merit (rank
number) will begin at 10.00 am.

---Candidates opting for seats will have to seek admission on the same day at the College (K.S. Hegde Medical Academy)
immediately. Classes commence from 30-05-2015. For Hostel accommodation, contact Lt Col S. Subiah, Asst. Director
(Student Affairs).
Documents to be submitted (Original +3 sets of Photo copies of Sl.No.1-6)
1. SSLC or equivalent Marks Card or Birth certificate (for proof of date of birth)
2. MBBS degree Marks Cards & Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree certificate
3. Internship Completion Certificate
4. MCI Registration Certificate (Karnataka Medical Registration certificate is compulsory for students who
have studied outside Karnataka )
5. Transfer and Conduct Certificate.
6. Migration Certificate from the parent University
7. Additional one-time fee Rs.8000/- (Eligibility fee Rs.2000/- + Helinet fee Rs.6000/-) to be paid at the time
of admission.
8. 5 Passport size and 5 stamp size colour photographs
9. Medical Fitness Certificate
10. Demand Draft for the amount shown against the specialization favouring Nitte University payable at
Mangalore. [Combination of 3.75+3.25+2.79+7.75 is also permitted]
NOTE: Candidates interested to opt the seats (including those opted / appeared / not appeared for First / Second
round counselling) may appear on 26th May, 2015 for counselling.
