Congratulations on being accepted to the Michigan State University School of Nursing.
The Medical Store has supplied quality equipment to allied health professionals for over twenty years.
Currently, The Medical Store equips over one hundred school programs across the country. This allows

The nursing students two semesters ahead of you are working with our company to sell required
equipment as a class fundraiser. Enclosed is information and pricing on the medical equipment.* We

To have your order shipped to your school at no charge, enter the coupon code msun2015
when in your shopping cart, select “Save”. Click the box accept the Terms of service and then
click “check out now”. On the next screen select UPS Ground as your shipping option, click
next and then enter your payment information and click “Next” again. On the next screen click
“Confirm Purchase” to complete the order. Your shipping will be FREE and your order will be
delivered back to school with the group order and passed out at the August orientation. (you do
not have to change the ship-to address to the school address).
If paying by check you can print an order form from the same place and mail it in with your check to:

Orders must be received by Friday Friday August 7th to be included with the group delivery
