provided for your child. The rules relating to notice and payment of fees are designed
to promote stability and enable planning and do not affect your statutory rights.

Registration
On receipt of a completed registration form and a non refundable £50 registration
fee your child will be offered a place if one is available. If you are only accessing EYFE
no fee will be made. If non funded sessions are added after your child has started
then the £50 registration fee will become payable. Once a place is confirmed 50% of
the first half terms fees become payable immediately. Should there be a delay in
taking up the place after confirmation of your child’s start date, fees will still be
payable.
Fees
Fees will be charged per ½ term once the ½ term has commenced and are payable
within 2 weeks. Where payment is to be made by childcare vouchers it is your
responsibility to ensure that this requirement is met by the due date. For late payment
see below.
Fees are calculated on the number of sessions booked each ½ term. Current fees are in
our current brochure. Meals and school pick ups are itemised separately.
Fees will be invoiced to the person named on the registration form.
Fees are payable during periods of absence due to sickness, holidays taken, school
inset days and bank holidays during your term time contract. No refund will be given in
the event that the nursery has to close due to circumstances beyond its control such
as severe weather conditions, no running water or pandemic outbreaks.
½ a terms written notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child. Fees are
payable during this period of notice.
Any amendment to your child’s sessions must be made by completing an amendment of
contract form by the half term before you wish the amendment to take place.
If you do not notify us of any changes we will assume you are continuing with your
existing ½ term contract and you will be invoiced accordingly.
Once sessions have been agreed we cannot swap sessions. Any extra sessions
required during the half term can be made using our drop in sessions, subject to
availability.
Drop-in sessions are available. You need to book 24 hours in advance with full
payment, subject to availability.


Fees will be reviewed at least annually. We will give you ½ a terms written notice of
any changes.
Children aged 3 and 4 will receive up to 15 hours Early Years Free Entitlement from
the term after their 3rd birthday. Nurturing Childcare will provide this free at the
point of delivery and will only charge for additional hours and services. This will be
clearly set out on your invoice. The 15 hours can be taken flexibly over a minimum of
2 days with a maximum of 10 hours in one day using any of the sessions we offer
subject to your agreed contract. The grant cannot be used for part sessions.
