Please find the following message received from vessel operator is for your
kind information.

We (BOX) have proposed to do Single Terminal call trial for four weeks and then will decide which
single terminal we will call on a permanent basis (no more double calling in Chennai).
This is being done to meet the connections at Colombo without even 1% failure.
Please be informed that both PSA & DPW have accepted our requested window timing - WED 1800
to THUR 1800
Basis above our alternate weeks Single Terminal schedule in Chennai for next four weeks is given
below for your ready reference :

Week 17 – DPW (eta Che : 22nd April)
Week 18 – PSA (eta Che : 29th April)
Week 19 – DPW (eta Che : 06th May)
Week 20 – PSA (eta Che : 13th May)
Therefore, our revised pro-forma for above four weeks will then be :

@ Cbo on 18th April. Hence, BOX 1 service that will call Chennai on Week 17
will be M.v.Heike P V.46.

We would request our customers to use only the designated trailers which is having Genset to carry
reefers and also request you to take it up with your transporter and advise them not to involve in
such unsafe activity which is serious violation of safety norms of the Terminal. The trailers which
arrive our Terminal in unsafe condition will not be permitted to gain entry.
