Spring Fling 2015 Saturday April 25, 2015 Schedule ***Please note: Times are approximate and subject to change.*** 12:00pm Gates Open 12:00pm Battle of the Bands Winner LION BABE MisterWives Kesha 3:30pm Gates Close*** 5:00pm Show Ends ***ENTRANCE GATE CLOSES AT 3:30 PM*** Tickets for Undergraduate Students and their Guests (No General Public) Tickets available at www.tuftstickets.com (credit card) and the Campus Center Information Booth (cash and JumboCash) beginning Friday, April 10th at 10:30 am. Tufts full-time current undergraduate students are eligible for 1 FREE ticket until THURSDAY, APRIL 23th at 5:00 pm. Tufts undergraduates are also able to purchase FOUR additional guest tickets at $30 each. Guests must be 18+ with valid photo ID. After 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 23rd, ANY REMAINING TICKETS will be sold online at www.tuftstickets.com or at the Campus Center Information Booth for $30 each to students and their guests until 12 pm on Saturday, April 25th. (No General Public) Tickets for Grad. Students, Exchange Students, Alumni, Faculty and Staff Tufts graduate students, exchange students, alumni, staff and faculty can purchase any remaining tickets for $30 on Saturday, April 25th from the Campus Center Information Booth from 10:00am – 12:00pm. PLEASE NOTE: The Campus Center Information Booth accepts payment in the form of Cash or Jumbo Cash ONLY! Guests must be 18+ with valid photo ID. *Tickets may sell out prior to day of show – if so, no tickets will be available for purchase.* General Information and Ticket Policy 1. Individuals without valid tickets WILL NOT be admitted to Spring Fling. All tickets will be scanned. 2. All Tufts students must have Valid Tufts ID. All guests must have valid photo ID. 3. There is a NO RE-ENTRY policy, once you leave the event site you are not allowed back in. 4. There are NO REFUNDS once guest tickets are purchased. 5. In the event of inclement weather a cancellation decision will be made in consultation with University officials and event production staff. Should the event be cancelled, it will NOT be rescheduled. NO REFUNDS Spring Fling 2015 Social Policy for All Attendees Please read through completely! Part I – BAGS • Bags will not be permitted into Spring Fling — NO EXCEPTIONS. • Wallet-sized wristlets measuring less than 5” x 7” are permitted but will be searched upon entry. Wristlets, purses, backpacks, etc., measuring more than 5” x 7” will not be permitted into Spring Fling. • Blankets are permitted. Be prepared to display the contents of all blankets. • Confiscated items will be disposed of at the discretion of Spring Fling staff. • Concert Board and Tufts University will not be responsible for items left unattended. Part II - ALCOHOL AND BEVERAGE POLICY: • NO ALCOHOL OR OTHER BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED. • WATER AND FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE VENUE. • VISIBLY INTOXICATED STUDENTS (DETERMINED BY THE SPRING FLING STAFF) WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE EVENT. • THERE IS NO RE-ENTRY INTO THE CONCERT SITE. Part III - MISCELLANEOUS: • Tickets are required for entry. No exceptions. Tickets will be scanned at entrance. • No pets, no ‘throwing’ objects of any kind (i.e. footballs, frisbees), no squirt guns, skateboards, lawn chairs, or furniture allowed inside. No food or ice will be allowed inside. • All Tufts students, alumni, faculty or staff members are responsible for their guest(s) and may be held accountable for their actions. • No audio or video equipment of any kind will be allowed into the concert site. • Respect the Spring Fling Staff (including, but not limited to, University faculty, staff and administration, crew and band members, volunteers, and members of Event Staff and Concert Board) Any harassment or altercation with the staff is grounds for immediate removal from the event. • All Tufts University policies will be enforced throughout the day. STAFF AND SECURITY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT AND/OR REFUSE THE ADMITTANCE OF ANY ARTICLE THAT MAY BE DEEMED HAZARDOUS OR POSES A THREAT TO PUBLIC SAFETY. Part IV - CLEAN UP: • Please be responsible for the proper disposal of your trash. There will be a number of trash and recycling receptacles at the concert site. Keeping your area reasonably clean will make Spring Fling far more enjoyable for yourself, those around you, and the volunteer workers. PLEASE REMEMBER: THE SUCCESS OF THIS YEAR’S SPRING FLING AND THE FATE OF SUCH EVENTS IN THE FUTURE DEPEND ON YOUR COOPERATION IN REDUCING THE INCIDENTS OF UNDERAGE DRINKING, BINGE DRINKING, EXCESSIVE LITTERING, LOITERING AFTER THE CONCERT, AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE, RESPONSIBLE, AND ENJOY THE CONCERT.
