Our website and online ordering site is friendly, intuitive and backed by a customer service team that can be reached by phone, email or online via Live Chat. We can’t wait to tell you about our Lean Green Recycling Program, or get you signed up for our great promotions. The number that you currently call for office supplies and furniture will forward to Office Solutions. For future reference please dial 760.241.8121 or FAX to 714.692.7409. Orders can be placed between 8AM and 5PM local time Monday – Friday for next business day delivery. Orders can be placed at www.OfficeSolutions.com 24-hours a day with a cut-off time of 5PM local time. What phone number do I call for MFP Copier sales and support? Please use the Office Works same main phone number you have always used. 760.241.7111 or 888.241.7116. You may also continue to enter service requests via our website at www.OfficeWorks4u.com. What about my prices? All of your contract prices will be honored by Office Solutions. What about my special delivery needs? We have updated any special delivery needs in our system and we will work extremely hard to make this transition invisible to you. How should I pay my bills? Please set up a new vendor in your system for Office Solutions, LLC. Any Office Works invoices for office supplies and furniture that you currently owe should be paid to Office Works. All invoices going forward will be sent from and reference Office Solutions, LLC. Please note that you will also need to update your credit card information with your first order. Contact our accounting department for instructions to change ACH/EFT payments. Non-special order items may be returned up to 30 days from original purchase. Contact your sales representative or the customer service department to verify that the item is returnable. Will my account number change? Yes, you will add the prefix CO- to your current account number. You can verify this information with the customer service department at 760.241.8121 or contact your sales representative. Will my website login or password change? You will be automatically redirected to the Office Solutions website. Your login name will remain the same however; your password will need to be reset. Look for an email from Office Solutions that provides your temporary password. After you enter the default password, then you will need to reset to a new password.
