How to obtain company registration documents certified by an Attorney
The initial step now will be the Israeli registration (legal step only),
In order to support that please do transfer the following:
1. Article of Association ("AOA")
a. A copy of the company's current AOA
i. Original copy or original certified copy as true and correct copy of original
– by a Notary from the country of origin or from the companies' register in
the country of origin.
ii. No need to be approved by apostille.
b. Hebrew translation of the AOA
i. Needs to be notarized, approving the correctness of the translation (no
need for apostille approval.
ii. We can assist with translation via a business partner.
2. Certificate of Incorporation ("COI")
a. Original or original certified copy as true and correct copy of original.
b. In both Hebrew and English.
c. If COI is a certified copy and/or a translated copy, it must be certified by either
one of the following:
i. Israeli advocate
ii. Notary
iii. Consul signature
iv. Apostille
3. Certificate of Good Standing
Formal certification, by applicable official at state of origin, certifying that as of date of
filing, the company is in existence and duly incorporated.
a. Official original copy in Hebrew or English.
4. Directors list:
A list of the company's directors, including an attorney's letter confirming the details
below:

a. Full names
b. Current addresses
c. Passport numbers and at list one Israeli ID (as mentioned this will enable to save
costs on Fiscal representation services)
d. Place of issuance of passports
e. Copy of passports- must be certified by either one of the following:
i. Israeli advocate
ii. Notary
iii. Consul signature
iv. Apostille
5. Please fill in and sign the attached POA.

LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

appoint and empower ___________, ID no.________, from _________, Israel, to be my
attorney and lawful representative. And to act on my behalf in Israel in any and all
matters, including without limitation, receiving in my name and behalf any legal and
administrative notifications and other mail or postal parcel and to sign receipts in
connection therewith.
