Cost Information – The Saturday $50 per person fee covers the Lourdes tour, Walkway over the
Hudson, and dinner. The Sunday Brunch fee is $26.50 per person.
Menu Information – Saturday’s dinner includes: Salad; your choice of Ribeye Steak, Chicken
Madeira, or Crab-stuffed Filet of Sole; Chocolate Ganache Cake; and unlimited coffee,
tea, soft drinks.
Shadow’s award-winning Sunday Brunch includes a wide array of breakfast and
lunch foods; an extravagant dessert selection; and unlimited juice, soda, coffee, tea.
