Brief Description and Objective of the
Activities
Brigada Eskwela aims to prepare the public
schools for the opening of classes in June 2015 by
mobilizing volunteers among teachers, parents
and other community members, as well as
companies, government agencies, and volunteer
organizations from different sectors of society.
This school maintenance effort engages all
education stakeholders to contribute their time,
effort and resources in ensuring that public school
facilities are prepared in time for the forthcoming
school opening.
The volunteers do minor repairs and
maintenance work in public schools such as
repainting, repair of leaking roofs and pipes,
checking for electrical safety, repair of broken
chairs and tables, and many others. For FEU this
undertaking was spearheaded by HRD, FEU-ELU
and CES/NSTP catering to three (3) public schools

(CARe-A-Veritable

Dubbed with:

-Values
Education, etc.
The project is focused on showing “CARE” for
the marginalized sectors in our society. The
analogy of caring for the body reflects the
truth behind the same. Most often than not,
we spend much on our head more than we do
with the lower parts of our body (like the feet).
This is project is an initiative to give attention
to the least of our neighbors, to let them feel
that they too are important and are not left
out in our society. Showing them that we care
through simple projects like the “CARe-A-VAN”
may just be a little act but will sure make a big
difference in their lives – for the same affirms
the fact that they too are of importance..

February Fever
“Acts of Love “which is expressed through service to fellowmen, demonstrating uprightness and righteous living as well. The word
February is born from the Latin word Februarius, from Latin februare meaning to "purify" or "expiate." In ancient Rome, Februarius was
the "Month of Purification" and great festivities were held to reestablish the empire's focus on righteous living.
