Call to Worship
P: It is a long time since last Sunday, when we waved palms
and shouted “Hosanna!”
C: The last supper we had with Jesus was memorable,
yet sad.
P: His trials and crucifixion were hard to bear, as he gave
himself up.
C: What can we expect after all this drama and
sorrow?
P: Remember what Jesus told you, that on the third day he
would rise again?
C: This is the third day — Christ is risen! Alleluia!

Benediction:
P: He is not here, for he is risen! As we go forth from this
place, may we proclaim this message with our whole being. We do not have to fear death. He is risen! We do not
have to be afraid of the past. He is risen! We do not have
to be afraid of the dark. He is risen! Thanks be to God.

Hallelujah! Christ is risen! Welcome into Easter joy. The power
of God raised Jesus from the dead and offers eternal life to all. We
warmly and lovingly welcome all who have come to join in the
celebration.
All baptized Christians who believe that Jesus Christ is present in
the meal are welcome to come to the table to feast. Grape juice is
available at the center of every tray of wine.
The radio broadcast is sponsored today in memory of Stan
Andreas from Christine Andreas and family.
Please extend your hands of comfort to the family of Elsie
Roder. Elsie passed away Thursday, March 26th. Her funeral was
this past Thursday, April 2nd, at Our Savior’s. May God comfort
her family and friends. Blessed be her memory.
