Artistic Gymnastics
Oslo Gymnastics Association hereby invites you to participate in the annual International Trophy
of Unni and Harald. This will be the 21th trophy our former national and international gymnasts,
Unni Holmen and Harald Wigaard, have the pleasure to invite you to Norway’s only international
competition in gymnastics since 1994.
1. Participation:
Each federation/club may participate with team juniors and seniors men and women (4-4-3). We will
also invite youth gymnasts from Nordic countries to an individual competition. The cost for each
gymnast is EUR 35.-. Team is additional EUR 40.-.
2. Competition format (according to the FIG Code of Point):

5. Number of judges and appointments
Each participating federation must cover one judge for women and one judge for men pr. team.
All judges should be holders of the FIG license or national level for the corresponding cycle. We will
appoint supplementary judges. The appointment of judges to the apparatus will be made by the
organizers. If a team fails to bring a judge, there will be a fee of EUR 400.6. Awards / Prize Money

Accommodation and banquet will be at Helsfyr Hotel. Dinner Friday and lunch Saturday and Sunday
will be served in the competition facilities. We provide transportation between the hotel and the
competition facilities. The cost for hotel, banquet, meals and transportation is 150 EUR,Hotel information:

8. Transport
Each club arranges travel to Norway and bus to the hotel.
How to get from Oslo Airport to Scandic Helsfyr Hotel:
SAS Flybussen to Helsfyr. (Departure every 20 minutes - 00-20-40)
Tickets can be bought; in the terminal at Oslo Airport, at the Bus or online www.flybussen.no
They accept credit cards. (4 children travel for free with one grown up)

The Trophies of Unni Holmen and Harald Wigaard will be presented to the best Norwegian senior
gymnasts. Fill out the Provisional registration on our website no later than 01.02.2015.
The full registration forms and payment form will be send out to each club after we have received
the provisional registration.
