years, OSTHUS has become a globally acting company with sites in Germany, the United States and China. To further accelerate the strategic growth of OSTHUS in the United States, we are now looking for a Executive Vice President based in
Boston.
Your tasks:

Development and leadership of strategic growth of the US operations

Acquisition and account management of new customers

Hands-on business consulting while building up the team

Development of business plan, marketing plan, sales strategy, and action plan for new opportunities

Management of day-to-day business
Your profile:

Life Science and R&D leader with a high affinity to IT

Seasoned individual with a proven track record of at least 10 years and sustainable relationships to key stakeholders / decision makers in the R&D departments of pharmaceutical companies

Self-starter with the desire to transform the industry and to work on a profit-share model (rewards for success)

Entrepreneur with a keen business acumen and a strategic mindset

Strong management- and sales skills in combination with exceptional communication skills

Ability to recruit, retain, and motivate the most capable and talented team members

