Förderschnecken werden in vielen verschiedenen Einsatzgebieten für Förderung und Dosierung von Schüttgütern
verwendet.
Screw conveyors are used in many different fields for feeding,
handling, dosing of bulk solids.
Die Förderschnecken von OZB bieten eine lange Betriebsdauer und Haltbarkeit durch überlegene Produktionstechnologie

Standard OZB Förderschnecken werden produziert als Rohr-,
Trog- und Vertikalschnecken sowie Sonderanfertigungen für
verschiedene Anwendungsgebiete und Kundenwünsche.
Schnecken sind von 114 mm bis 600 mm Durchmesser
verfügbar.

Wünschen der Kunden.

• Es können viele verschiedene Einlässe gefertigt werden
unter anderen in runder, konischer und viereckiger Form.
Die Verbinder können normal statisch sein oder aus
Gummi und Flexibel. Auch Spezialanfertigungen der
Einlässe sind auf Wunsch möglich.
• Der Standardauslauf des Rohrschneckenförderers ist
gesickt. Andere Ausführungen sind auf Anfrage möglich.
• Geeignete Flansche für unsere Ein- und Auslässe sind
ebenfalls bei uns im Angebot
• Verschiedene Antriebe mit hoher Effizienz und
geräuscharmen Getriebe.
• Als Zusatz zu unserer fortschrittlichen Fertigungstechnologie führt die erhöhte Materialstärke bei Schnecken und
Rohren zu eine längeren Lebensdauer.
• Speziell entwickelte und gefertigte Zwischenlager mit
Metalldichtungen für eine lange Lebensdauer entsprechend unseren Erfahrungen.
• 80 Mikrometer antistatische Pulverbeschichtung nach
dem Sandstrahlen sprechen für einen langen Schutz
gegen Korrosion.
• Die Schneckenteile werden vor Auslieferung zusammen
gebaut und überprüft.

mit 1.13t/m³ Dichte. Die Tabellen sind als Beispiel dargestellt
und unterscheiden sich je nach Material und Zuführmethode.
The capacities given below are the nominal values for
Portland Cement with 1.13t/m3 density. The tables are given
only as examples and will differ according to material fluidity
and feeding method.
