ABOUT ABOUT THE AWARDS
The P3 Awards recognizes and rewards outstanding achievements in public-private
partnerships across the Americas.
Now in its second year, the P3 Awards follows in the footsteps of 18 successful
years of the UK-hosted Partnerships Awards – which this year welcomed over 700
people to the Awards dinner ceremony in London.
The P3 Awards is seeking entries from those who wish their successes over the
past year to be recognized and celebrated by the industry at our prestigious Awards
ceremony, taking place at Conrad New York on Thursday October 8 2015

HOW ARE THE
AWARDS JUDGED?
The judging panel comprises a broad spectrum of
over 50 industry professionals representing both the
public and private sector.
The judges are selected based on their expertise,
experience and integrity in the P3 market. All entries
will be submitted to the judging panel who will score
each entry online. Judging will be asked to absent
themselves from any discussions where they have
a vested interest. The organizers and the judges
endeavour to ensure adjudication is conducted
without bias or prejudice. In all cases the judges’
decision is final.

THURSDAY OCTOBER 8 2015
The evening will begin with a drinks reception,
followed by a three-course dinner. A celebrity host
will announce the finalists and winners for each
category. With ample time to network with senior
representatives from all facets of the P3 industry,
the evening is an unmissable annual event. You can

HOW TO ENTER
The P3 Awards are open to any company or
organization involved in public private partnerships
and are free to enter. There are no restrictions on
the numbers of projects entered by any company
or organisation. For all project-focused awards, it
is essential that there is consultation between all
relevant public and private sector bodies involved
in the project. The procedures for entry and judging
have been designed to ensure that achievements by
individuals and partnerships, regardless of project
size, can be judged objectively. The closing date for
entries is May 5 2015.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
1. Decide which categories you would like to enter.
2. S eek and gain permission from any relevant parties.
3. Go to www.P3awards.partnershipsevents.com
to view entry forms.
4. C omplete the entry forms and submit with a high
resolution image for your project(s).
5. Ensure that all of your entries have been received
by P3 Bulletin by May 5 2015.
