but we’re now moving into new global markets and so are expanding our eCRM team. We’re looking

You are…
Curious, smart, hard-working and super-enthusiastic
A Campaign builder and executer with an obsessive eye for the little details
Experienced in using Campaign software
Happy to manage your own workload and deadlines
Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment
Resourceful and self-sufficient
Passionate about what we do, and excited about growing the business globally
Roles and responsibilities
Production of B2B marketing emails (and a bit of B2C too!)
Managing deployment via our Campaign platforms (ExactTarget’s Automation Studio and Marketo)
Ensuring that creative and data best practice is adhered to across all email communications
Knowledge of SQL code and previous experience using Campaign tools
Production of dynamic campaigns
Creating greater depth in messaging and content
Testing campaign builds and co-ordinating through to execution and send
Analytics, tracking and performance monitoring (using Kissmetrics and Litmus)
Scheduling and managing campaigns from immediate broadcast to send complete
Confidently communicate deliverability issues with a view to find a solution
Be part of a new CRM team who are changing customer email experience to award-winning levels
