Program Dates: Qualifying Months: April 1, 2015 – Dec. 31, 2015 Payout Months: May 2015 – January 2016 Earn a total of 12% (7% + 5%) Profit Plus on your next month’s Unit sales when you: 

Exceed Unit sales vs. same month prior year (minimum of $5,000 Unit sales) Sponsor 2 new Consultants into your Unit who each sell $500 within that calendar month. New Consultants do not need to be personally sponsored. Example:  Unit sales in April 2014 = $7,500  Target for April 2015: $7,501+ and 2 new Consultants sponsored, each with $500 sales in that calendar month.  Reward: earn an extra 5% Profit Plus on your Unit sales in May, a total of 12% Other requirements and noteworthy details: 




New and repromoting Unit Leaders who do not have Unit sales for the same month last year will have a target minimum of $5,000 Unit sales. Unit and Leader must be Active in qualifying month Additional 5% Profit Plus Bonus is paid at the end of the month and is based on the Unit sales. If your last year’s Unit sales included the Qualifying sales of a new and/or repromoting Unit in that month, you may deduct $5,800 from the Unit sales amount per Unit promoted‐out. The sales target minimum is $5,000. Must be a Leader during the months of qualifying and payout. RVP Program: S/RVPs are not eligible for the 5% bonus. Earn $500 bonus for each downline Leader in your Central Region who achieves LeaderBuck$ (that is, who earns a 5% bonus.) The $500 bonus is paid at the end of the payout month. FAQs When and how will the bonus be paid? Leaders receive the 7% Profit Plus as each compensatable order is submitted as normal throughout the month. If the LeaderBuck$ program criteria is met in the qualifying month, the extra 5% will be paid as a single bonus in your end of month profit cheque of the payout month. What are the sales requirements for a new or repromoted Leader? If the repromoted Leader has sales in the same month of the prior year, those are the sales that must be exceeded. The sales target minimum is $5,000. But for new or repromoted Leaders without sales in the previous year for that month, the Unit and Leader must be Active and have at least $5,000 in Unit sales and achieve the sponsoring requirement. Last year, I promoted out one or more Units. What is my Unit sales target to beat? If the same month of the prior year includes the qualifying sales of a new and/or repromoting Unit(s), you can deduct $5,800 per Unit promoted. The sales target minimum is $5,000. For example, on June 1, 2014 you promoted‐out a Unit, and your May 2014 Unit sales were $11,450. In May 2015, you must have Unit sales of at least $5,651 (and be Active and have an active Unit) and achieve the sponsoring requirement to earn 5% extra Profit Plus on your June 2015 Unit sales. Where can I see my target Unit Sales? On the PBC you can find this amount in your Lineage Reports. I took a Grace month in the same month of the prior year. What will my target Unit sales be? You must be Active and have an Active Unit. Unit sales must be a minimum of at least $5,000. What if I achieve the Unit Sales target, but I’m not personally Active? You and your Unit must be Active and you must exceed the Unit sales of the same month of the prior year as well as achieve the sponsoring requirement to earn the extra 5% on your next month’s Unit Sales. No. If you’ve qualified for the 5% extra Profit Plus, you will earn that on the Unit sales submitted in the payout month. Do the two new Consultants need to be personally sponsored by the Leader? No, they can be sponsored by anyone in the Unit. The $500 sales requirement for the new Consultants ‐ when must that be submitted by? The two new Consultants must be sponsored into the Unit and must each submit $500, or more, in sales in the calendar qualifying month. (If they are sponsored in June, their $500 sales requirement must be submitted in June.) If I promote‐out a Unit during this program, what would my target Unit sales be following the promote‐out? Your Unit sales must exceed the Unit sales of the same month in the prior year. If I promote out a Unit during this program, will I earn 5% on that Unit’s sales in the payout month? Yes, you will earn the 5% bonus on your Unit and your new Unit’s sales in that payout month only. RVP FAQs When is the Influence bonus paid? The influence bonus will be paid at the same time that the 5% is being paid to the Leader. If a Region promotes out during this program, which RVP earns the Influence bonus? The RVP who was in place during the month that the Bonus was qualified for will be paid the Influence bonus that next month. Future bonuses earned by that Leader would then be considered Influenced by the new RVP. If a Region repositions, which RVP earns the Influence bonus? The RVP who was in place during the month that the Bonus was qualified for will be paid the Influence bonus that next month even if no longer an RVP. Future bonuses earned by that Leader would then be considered Influenced by the current RVP. Is there a limit to how many Influence bonuses an S/RVP can earn? No! Where can I find my downline Leaders Unit sales for the prior Year? On the PBC, go to your Lineage Reports and select the appropriate month from the drop down. Some of my Leaders are from an S/RVP transition. Will the Influence bonus be split with the ambassador for any of those Leaders who earn? Yes. The Influence bonus earned from any Leader who you gained from an S/RVP transition will be split between you and the Ambassador according to the split percentage in place during the payout month.
