Terms and Conditions
1. Your completed PK loyalty card will be automatically entered into a prize draw when sent in
to The Marketing department at Pasta King Head Office by your establishment’s Catering
Manager.
2. Each completed card earns one entry into the draw.
3. We can only accept cards which show the student’s completed details on the reverse, that is
Name, Class, School
4. Employees of PK Food Concepts Ltd or any of its subsidiary companies, their families,
agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.
5. The prize draw is open to customers in the UK only.
6. The Promotion is open to students only.
7. The Promotion will run from 27th April 2015 until 3rd July 2015.
8. Completed loyalty cards for entry into the draw must be received at Pasta King by 17th July
2015.
9. A case of sauce will be reimbursed to the school after each batch of 60 completed cards is
received by Pasta King.
10. The draw will take place on 10th August 2015.
11. By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
12. There are 250 prizes available including ipad minis, ipod shuffles, BMX bikes, Cinema
vouchers and Google Play vouchers.
13. The winners will be selected at random from all entries received.
14. The winners will be notified through their school or place of education within 28 days of the
draw date.
15. The prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
16. The Promoter is Pasta King (UK) Ltd, Plantation House, Milber Trading Estate, Newton
Abbot TQ12 4SG.
17. Details of the winners will be available four weeks after the draw dates by sending an SAE to
Plantation House, Milber Trading Estate, Newton Abbot TQ12 4SG.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions
at any time without notice.
19. These rules are subject to English Law.
20. These rules do not affect your statutory rights.
21. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any
other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no
correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
