2015 Breeding Information
Stallion Service Fee for PC Double Frost $1250
(includes first collection of semen)
Cooled semen shipping fee: $250 within Canada
$300 for USA customers
Procedures:
1. Complete a stallion service contract. This contract can be downloaded from our website at
pcdoublefrost.com or you may request a copy to be mailed to you. Contact Lisa at (780) 7127508 or email [email protected]
2. Mail a signed contract, a signed Policy contract, a copy of your mare’s papers and the $250
booking fee to the above address. Please make all cheques and money orders payable to Lisa
Roth
3. Submit the remainder of the stallion service fee (minus the $250 booking fee) and the collection
fee before requesting semen.
4. Collection days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Request semen the day before needed.
Semen requests will be filled in order they are received. Confirm the need for semen by 10am
the day of shipment. TO ORDER SEMEN, PLEASE CONTACT Westhills Veterinary Services at
(780) 898-9267.
5. Return the Equitainer. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
6. Notify Lisa when your mares pregnancy has been confirmed. You will NOT be placed on the
stallions breeding report if you do not confirm the pregnancy with us.
7. Notify Lisa next year when your foal is born. At this time, the Breeders Certificate will be sent to
you to register your foal. The form will NOT be sent until a live foal has been confirmed.
