PCWC Guest Day Fundraiser

The Pebble Creek Women’s Club is sponsoring their annual Guest Day
Fundraiser with a goal of raising $5,000 for the Becker Backpack Buddies
Program. A 9-hole scramble tournament is being held. Please provide your
support of this event through one of the sponsorship opportunities noted below.

► Inclusion in PCWC Guest Day Fundraiser and Becker Backpack
Buddies press releases
► Recognition on Becker Backpack Buddies website
Hole Sponsor: $200 donation to sponsor a hole being played for the tournament.
Includes at hole recognition and signage; additional giveaways at the hole (i.e. balls,
snack items, logo’d items) also desired and encouraged.
Door Prizes: Promotional or gift items valued between $100 and $500 that will be
used as part of door prize raffle drawings to be held during the awards banquet.
Silent Auction: Gift baskets, larger promotional items, gifts, or other
Product and Services valued from $25 to $100 (or more) for the silent auction. Bids will
be made for each item by participants (minimum bids may be designated, if desired).
Participant Gift Bags: Small promotional items of any kind valued at $25 or less.
They will be included in the ‘goodie bags’ given to each participant.
Cash donations of any amount are also appreciated and will be used to
purchase silent auction items or door prizes. Payable to: Pebble Creek
Women’s Club/BBB; memo line: PCWC Donation.
