on recent advances in the field of cardiovascular medicine and
how they impact management of patients. The emphasis will be
on evidence-based, best practice standards of care. It will focus
on practical and clinical issues faced on a daily basis by the
health care professional.

by the Department of Cardiovascular Services at Penn Medicine
Chester County Hospital.
Accreditation
Physicians: The Perelman School of Medicine at the University

Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing
medical education for physicians.

directions, additional symposium information and a link to the

gauge participant knowledge. After the symposium has concluded,
all participants will receive a follow-up email containing a link to
the post-test, symposium evaluation and request for credit. Once
participants submit the request for credit, the credit can be viewed
on a transcript or a certificate can be printed by logging onto
www.penncmeonline.com once the conference concludes.
