Tier II Youth Hockey Club
2015-16 Season Information
The Team Comcast Youth Hockey Club is a member of the New Jersey Youth Hockey
League, and anticipates fielding Tier II teams at AA, A or B levels at the Squirt (10U), PeeWee
(12U) and Bantam (14U) age levels. Final ability level determinations for PeeWee and Bantam
will be made following the tryout process, and at the Squirt level will be based on performance at
the NJYHL Jamboree in September.
PLAYER EVALUATION & SELECTION
Player Evaluations are scheduled to begin April 13th for all levels and are open to all youth
hockey players. Registration is required. Players will be assigned to a team based on their
performance during the evaluation process. There will be a separate tryout fee, and all players
will receive a practice jersey with a number that is theirs to keep.
Players will be assigned to a team based on their ability level. Our staff will endeavor to place
players at an ability level that will allow them to compete but be challenged to improve their
game. We will strive to not place a player in a situation where he/she is overwhelmed.

* Pre-Season Training Camp (12 hours of ice time)
Payment schedule:
$1,000 Non-Refundable Registration Fee due upon selection
$ 750 Due by July 1, 2015
Balance due by September 1, 2015

The cost of the team apparel is $500
Apparel cost will be paid separately and directly to the Gear Zone at the Virtua Health Flyers Skate Zone
at Pennsauken. Following the team selection process, new players from each team are required to come
to the Gear Zone by April 30th to be fitted properly for all apparel.
Returning Club members will receive an order form for any apparel items needing replacement.
All apparel orders must be received in the Gear Zone by April 30th to ensure on-time delivery prior to the
start of the season. Please make sure to follow up with our staff to place your order.
USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION FEE
*** USA HOCKEY registration fees are not included in the Participation Fees.
All Players, Coaches and Managers are required to complete their 2015-16 USA
Hockey registration online at www.usahockey.com. Everyone will be required to
print their registration verification received via email from USA Hockey (for your
records), and forward it by email to your Team Manager before June 1st, 2015.
