Pilgrim Lutheran School's 2015 Auction & Gala will be held on Saturday, April 11th, 2015 at
the Nike World Campus. The Auction & Gala promises to be a spectacular event attended
by 350 guests. Proceeds help Pilgrim Lutheran School meet its annual operating budget
and provide financial aid resources for students needing assistance. This year’s goal is to
raise $100,000 to help continue the tradition of providing excellent, affordable education
to our students and their families.
Sponsorships are a vital part of the success of the Gala. As a sponsor, you will be our
special guest at the event. The colleagues and friends you invite will join you at your
sponsorship table set for 8 guests. Sponsorships are available at a variety of levels. A
portion of your sponsorship may be tax deductible.
Underwriting is another way you can support the Gala. As an underwriter, you will cover a
specific Gala expense, which will increase the events proceeds that benefit our students.
There are a number of underwriting levels to choose from. Underwriting donations may
be 100% tax deductible.
And finally, you have the option of placing an ad within the Auction & Gala catalog. The
catalog will be printed and distributed during the auction to our 350 guests as well as
promoted online via our website and Facebook pages.

350 catalogs will be printed and handed out during the evening of the auction (Saturday, April
11th, 2015. We will also have a digital catalog on our school website as well as on Facebook.
This is an outstanding opportunity to highlight your company, services and/or special talents
to a large number of committee members.,
Back Cover and Inside Back Cover will be filled on a first come, first served basis as space is
limited to only one advertiser for each page.
If ad copy needs to be created please supply all logos and ad content and we will prepare an
ad for you at no additional charge.
